  1.   HOW DO WE BOOK?

You may have already booked us at one of the various Wedding Fayres where we exhibit, if so then this FAQ is not for you.

However, if you are still contemplating booking then when you get in touch we’ll need to know: your wedding date, time, venue and location to check our availability for your function. 

Once you know we are available, and you want to ‘Save the Date’ with us; we require you to complete our PWD Booking Confirmation Form and pay a £99 Deposit (Non-refundable after 14 days of your booking). A copy of our full PWD Terms & Conditions of Service can be found in this Welcome Pack and in the footer of our website at www.poshweddingdiscos.com

Enquiries can be made via call, message, or e-mail. You will find all our contact details in the footer of our website and at the front of this Welcome Pack. We will be happy to chat and answer any questions, discuss options, your requirements, terms of service and our Posh Wedding Discos® Packages and Added-Extras.

  1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our PWD Packages start from £795 depending on your requirements and wishes. More information can be found on the PWD Packages page in this pack and on our website at www.poshweddingdiscos.com. We offer ‘Added-Extras’ for services that are not included as standard in your chosen package. Please contact us for a personal quote based on the PWD Package you envisage for your wedding and any Added-Extra not included in your chosen package.

We require a simple up-front £99 deposit to ‘Save Your Date’ in our diary. This deposit shows us that the client is serious about the booking. The booking commits both parties and stops us accepting other bookings for the same date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your Wedding Day.

We can take payment with all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cash or cheque. We can also create a flexible payment plan, scheduled to be paid in full 30 days prior to your Wedding Day, to help you manage your payments and spread the cost.

  1. CAN I UPGRADE MY BOOKING?

You may decide, after booking, that you would like some further additions to your Posh Weddings Discos® Package, we can discuss your ideas at our planning meeting. We will be happy to create an upgraded quotation and amend your total invoice price before we sign the contract.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE WE’VE BOOKED?

This PWD Welcome Pack explains the next steps. Once you’ve had a chance to read through the pack, we’ll be in touch to ask you to schedule a meeting with us, to discuss the particulars of your special event and any special requests for your big day.  We can meet via telephone, online or perhaps you would prefer to meet face to face at a mutually convenient place. Please note face to face meetings will incur additional travel costs for journeys over a 25-mile radius from Nottingham.

Once the PWD Contract between us is agreed and signed, we will send you a personal LOGIN/PASSWORD to access our Client Online Event-Management Portal on our website so that you can manage your booking online. If you’re happy to manage your booking online, then you will find all that you need online to guide you on your wedding journey with us. We highly recommend this, though we will also be happy to assist you on your wedding journey via e-mail, telephone, or post.   1. DO YOU OFFER FULL DAY/OVERNIGHT/BREAKFAST SERVICES?

Yes, we feel it’s a privilege to be invited to provide our services to help deliver a perfect wedding event. If this is something that interests you, then make sure you check out our Posh Weddings Discos® “All In One” Package.

We’d be delighted and honoured to be asked to be part of your wedding team; to create the atmosphere and ambiance you desire, host your wedding, assist in the management of proceedings, and help make the running of your event stress free for you and your party.

  1. DO YOU OFFER OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Yes, we are happy to provide our services if you have chosen a marquee wedding for your special celebration and we have a selection of outdoor solutions for wireless pa/speakers systems.

  1. DO YOU HAVE DJ PLI INSURANCE & PAT CERTIFICATION OF YOUR EQUIPMENT?

Hotels and venues often ask for evidence of DJ PLI Insurance & PAT Certification to protects themselves, you and us.
